Salem Elm RidgeWSC officials are implementing Stage 2 water restrictions due to our wholesale water supplier, Central Texas WSC, implementing  Stage 2 drought conditions due to low lake levels in Stillhouse Hollow Reservoir.

This restriction means NO OUTSIDE WATERING except for livestock. (No watering of lawns, filling of swimming pools, or washing of cars, etc.)

** Penalties may be assessed for non-compliance to this request.

Salem-Elm Ridge WSC has a new payment vendor to process payments.  You can visit our website https://www.salemelmridgewsc.com/bill-payment  or click this direct link https://secure.paystar.io/pay/salem-elm-ridge-wsc to make payments.  We no longer have the 866 phone number for payments.  To make payments over the phone, please call our new payment number 254-279-4344.  Anyone previously on autopay will have to re-enroll in autopay with our new vendor by May 15th.  Please visit our website for more information on Paystar's payment options.
